You can do this via email, WhatsApp, or via Instagram. We’ll sort out the details and get your piece on its way to you as soon and as smoothly as possible.

Delivery or pickup: Choose between convenient delivery / shipping or arrange for pickup at my workshop (contact me for scheduling).

Can I customize a stock item?
While we don’t offer extensive customization options for stock items, we may be able to make minor adjustments such as timber options, finish or size if possible.
How is shipping calculated?

When you enquire about a piece we’ll get an estimate of the courier cost and inform you of this

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we offer local delivery services. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance and size of the order.

How long does it take?

If an item is in stock it will be handed over to our courier partner on the first available opportunity and should take between 3- 5 days. If an item is not in stock this will be communicated to you, and the process may take up to 2/ 3 weeks. You’ll be kept updated throughout the entire process and a follow up message will be sent once we know the item has been delivered to you.

How long does it typically take to complete a custom piece?

The lead time for custom furniture varies depending on the complexity of the piece and our current workload. However, we strive to complete most custom orders within 6-8 weeks.

Yes. My focus is on creating a portfolio of products that are readily available for sale. Should you however be interested in commissioning a custom made piece and after a consultation it makes sense for us both we’ll go ahead .I can create pieces tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Payment options?

Banking details will be provided on your invoice once shipping costs have been finalised.
For commissioned pieces, a 60% deposit is required to start with balance payable upon completion and prior to delivery / shipping

How do I care for my furniture?

We provide care instructions with each piece of furniture. However, general care tips include avoiding direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and using furniture pads to protect surfaces.

What is you’re returns policy

Once I’m informed that your piece has made its journey to you I’ll get in touch to find out if you’re happy. I offer a 30-day return policy for stock items. Custom furniture is typically non-returnable, but I may make exceptions in certain cases.

Will my WOUD piece require assembly?

All WOUD pieces come fully assembled and read to enjoy, unless stated otherwise. With regards to commissioned pieces this will be communicated during the initial consultation
